GLUTEN FREE BREAKFAST AT THE RITZ CARLTON BEIJING

As you know I travel with my friend Lisa from time to time who can not eat gluten. Oh yes, I can feel you roll your eyes as I type... this is not a fad, she really can not eat gluten.

When we travel, hotels all over the world seem to struggle to put on an interesting breakfast for people who can not eat gluten or have other dietary needs. Lisa can not tolerate any gluten and if her food gets contaminated with it, she can be very unwell.

Recently I was staying at the Ritz Carlton in Beijing (unfortunately not with Lisa), and I came across this beautiful display on one of the gluten free tables. Just had to take a photo to show you all how beautiful and inviting this was.
