Teach Yourself To Paint

The act of sitting down and just creating something is so relaxing.  It is interesting that most people say that they can't draw, or can't paint.

We all have the ability within us to create.  Just be patient, relax and enjoy yourself. I have also found some fabulous tutorials on YouTube these days that really take you through some interesting projects step by step.
