Filo Triangles
Julia and I love making these with our leftover filo pasty on Baclava day. It is so simple to do.
Step 1: Make the filling anything you want it to be. We tend to use whatever leftovers we have the fridge or freezer, today it was spinach, grated cheese and ham.
Step 2: Cut your filo pasty lengthwise in thirds. Apply melted butter to one sheet, then apply another sheet over the top of it.
Step 3: Apply melted butter to top sheet, apply a little filling to the corner, then keep folding triangles, and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 4: Brush with melted butter, and bake in the oven on 180℃ for about 15 minutes.
